शेतीच्या शाश्‍वत उत्पन्नासाठी ठिबक शिवधनराई योजना राबवावी
पीपल्स हेल्पलाईन व भारतीय जनसंसदचे मागणी
नगर, दि.24 (प्रतिनिधी) – शेतकर्‍यांना शाश्‍वत उत्पन्न मिळण्यासाठी व शेतीचा विकास साधण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्रात ठिबक शिवधनराई योजना राबविण्याची मागणी, पीपल्स हेल्पलाईन व भारतीय जनसंसदच्या वतीने करण्यात आली असल्याची माहिती अ‍ॅड. कारभारी गवळी यांनी दिली.
गेल्या 20 वर्षात राज्यातील अनेक शेतकर्‍यांनी शेती परवडत नसल्याने पीके घेणे सोडून दिले आहे. परिणामी मोठ्या प्रमाणात जमीनी पड होत चालल्या आहेत. तर अनेकांनी निसर्गाचा लहरीपणा व कर्जबाजारपणाला कंटाळून आत्महत्या केल्या. राज्य सरकारने ठिबक शिवधनराई योजनेचा अवलंब केल्यास मोठ्या प्रमाणात शेतकर्‍यांना लाभ मिळणार असल्याचा दावा संघटनेच्या वतीने करण्यात आला आहे.
वर्षभर पाणी वाया न घालवता शेतकर्‍यांनी कमी पाणी लागणारे पिके घेऊन ठिबक पध्दतीचा अवलंब करावा, ठिबक सिंचनसाठी सरकारने शेतकर्‍यांना 90 टक्के सबसिडी द्यावी, शेताच्या बांधावर वन औषधी झाडे लावण्यासाठी सरकारने रोपे व लावलेल्या रोपांच्या देखभालीसाठी मनरेगा योजनेतंर्गत खर्च देण्याची तरतुद या योजनेत आहे.
शेताच्या बांधावर चिंच, हिरडा, बेहडा, आवळा, कडूलिंब, गुळवेल आदी वन औषधी झाडे लावल्यास त्याचे वेगळे उत्पन्न मिळणार आहे. राज्य सरकारने कॉन्ट्रॅक्ट फार्मिंगची योजना सुरु केली असून, शेतकर्‍यांकडून करार करुन माल विकत घेण्यास कंपन्या तयार आहेत. अशा पध्दतीने शेती तोट्यात न जाता शेतकर्‍यांचा फायदा होणार आहे. तर बांधावर झाडे लावल्याने पर्यावरण संवर्धनाचा प्रश्‍न देखील मार्गी लागणार असल्याचे संघटनेच्या वतीने स्पष्ट करण्यात आले आहे.
राज्य सरकार राबवित असलेल्या वनराईचे रुपांतर धनराईत करण्याची गरज आहे. शिवाजी महाराजांनी शेतकर्‍यांप्रती आस्था ठेऊन केलेल्या राज्यकारभाराला साक्ष ठेऊन ही योजना राबविण्याची गरज आहे. महाराष्ट्रातील सरकार या भावनेने निर्णय घेऊन ही योजना कार्यान्वीत करेल अशी अपेक्षा अ‍ॅड. गवळी यांनी व्यक्त केली आहे. ही योजना राबविण्यासाठी ज्ञानदेव काळे, कॉ. बाबा आरगडे, माजी कुलगुरु सर्जेराव निमसे, अशोक सब्बन, प्रकाश थोरात, शाहीर कान्हू सुंबे, ओम कदम आदी प्रयत्नशील आहेत.
